✦ If for local Malaysia can use Touch n Go , DuitNow.
✦ All payments will have (+ 5% tax fee) are sent via PayPal only.
✦ The Payment will have a half payment for starting processing and finishing the Delivery.RULES
✦ After customers accept the sketches, I will color the drawings. I will not fix anything freely after coloring.
✦ I can decline your commission if I'm uncomfortable with the idea or the character references.
✦ Please do not rush me, I need time to complete the work.
